Mona Lisa Pasta, a local gourmet pasta and pizza shop, came to us for branding and packaging design. They hadn’t redesigned their logo, or any materials for that matter, since they opened back in the late ’90s. The owner, Jim Winecoff, was willing to let us completely rethink everything. From labels to the interior space and signage, we loved being given total creative control.
We started by creating a logo that was both memorable and captured the feel of the new identity—authentic gourmet Italian foods. Jim was thrilled when we told him his new logo had won “Best Identity” at a regional design competition. Our efforts continue as we aim to redesign all of Mona Lisa’s packaging, website, and interior over the next year.
