  1. Open Thunderbird.
  2. From the Tools menu, choose Account Settings.
  3. Click the Add Account… button.

  4. Choose Email Account from the list and click the Next button.

  5. In the Your Name field, type your first and last name.
    In the E-mail Address field, type your email address and click the Next button.

  6. Select IMAP as the server type (POP is also allowed).
    Enter mail.category4.com as the Incoming Server.
    Enter smtp.category4.com as the Outgoing Server and click the Next button.

  7. Enter your full email address in the Incoming User Name field.
    Enter your full email address in the Outgoing User Name field and click the Next button.

  8. Enter a name for the account that you are creating and click the Next button.

  9. Click the Finish button to create the account.
