- Open Microsoft Outlook.
- From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.
- Click the Add button, and choose Mail.

- In the Display name field, type your name and click the Next button.

- In the E-mail address field, type your email address and click the Next button.

- Select IMAP as the server type (POP3 is also allowed).
Enter mail.category4.com as the Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server.
Enter smtp.category4.com as the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server and click the Next button.

- If prompted to select your internet connection, select LAN if you are on an office network.
If you are using dialup, select Dial up Connection.
Click the Next button.

- Enter your full email address in the Account name field.
Enter your password in the Password field and click the Next button.

- Click the Finish button on the congratulations screen.

- Highlight the account from the list and select the Properties button.

- Select the Servers tab and then check the My server requires authentication checkbox.
Click the Settings button.

- Select the Use same settings as my incoming server option.
