Apple Mail

  1. Open Apple Mail.
  2. From the Mail menu, choose Preferences.

  3. Click the Accounts icon and add a new mail account by clicking the + (plus sign) icon at the bottom left of the panel.

  4. Select IMAP as the account type (POP is also allowed).
    In the Account Description field, type a description of your account. (Work Email, etc.)
    In the Full Name field, type your first and last name.
    In the Email Address field, type your email address and click the Continue button.

  5. Enter mail.category4.com as the Incoming Server.
    Enter your full email address as the username and click the Continue button.

  6. Enter smtp.category4.com as the Outgoing Mail Server.
    Check Use Authentication.
    Enter your full email address as the username and enter your password and click the Continue button.

  7. Choose Password as the authentication type and click the Continue button.

  8. Review your settings on the next panel and click the Continue button.
