Category 4’s Property Listing application simplifies the maintenance of real estate listings by integrating with local MLS, and improves the user’s experience when searching for just the right property. Slideshow Pro was used to create a warm, inviting slideshow featuring area photos and music performed by a J.F. Brown founder, giving potential buyers a unique feel for life in the Shenandoah Valley and a personal feel for their broker. The Wordpress CMS lets J.F. Brown update and manage their content easily, while the SendStudio mailing list application allows J.F. Brown staff to send personalized newsletters to potential and current real estate buyers.
